What You’ll Do
- Lead AI & Automation Execution: Design and implement AI-powered solutions (e.g. copilots, document intelligence, workflow automation, knowledge systems).
- Hands-On Delivery: Prototype, build, and deploy solutions using modern tools, platforms, and APIs.
- Build Scalable Solutions: Introduce cloud-based systems, data pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Transform Operations: Streamline accounting and legal workflows using AI and automation.
- Partner with the Business: Work closely with Partners and teams to identify and deliver individual solutions.
- Drive Adoption: Ensure solutions are embedded into daily workflows through training and iteration.
- Technology Roadmap: Define a clear, execution-focused roadmap aligned to business priorities.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions within a professional services environment.
- Strong technical capability with hands-on implementation experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, AI tools, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- A product mindset with focus on usability and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
